When I was in Shanghai, I had the most amazing Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles at the Peace Hotel. I started the hunt for the same dish right when I got back to Los Angeles. I read great reviews about CHAUN YU NOODLE TOWN on Yelp. So, I headed right on over and ordered all the good stuff– dan dan noodles with soup (shown above), won ton soup and the house specialty, pork belly with sticky rice.
