Earlier this month, we wrote about Heath Ceramics. And, now I have found another ceramic shop that I am obsessed with: PIGEON TOE CERAMICS. Founded in Portland, Oregon in 2009, Pigeon Toe Ceramics is the brainchild of fine artist and designer Lisa Jones. Each Pigeon Toe piece is handcrafted. The website also carries pieces by other designers. See our top picks from the site below.

Clockwise from top left:

$30 single
$58 set of two
$114 set of four

Folded Salt and Pepper Cellars
A set of two mini porcelain folded bowls for holding your salt and pepper. Glazed in clear gloss. 2.25″ H x 3″ W.

Faceted Hanging Tray
An unglazed porcelain tray with a faceted bottom, suspended with leather lace cords and an oxidized metal ring. Several strap colors available. 2.5″ H x 8″ W.

These vases by Ferm Living are carved into a wood (alder) branch, leaving the bark on for a rugged feel. Like bringing a piece of nature indoor. Each comes with a removable porcelain cup inside. 5.5″ high.

ROOST Copenhagen Carafe
Clean lines and natural materials create the elegant simplicity of the Roost carafes. Each hand-blown, clear glass vessel features a wooden sphere stopper. 5″ dia x 7 1/2″ H, 32 oz (pictured, far right).

Scribble Nesting Bowls
A set of three heavy duty porcelain bowls with Pigeon Toe’s classic scribble pattern on the unglazed exterior, and interior colors of your choice. Fits together for easy storage. Available in Cinder, Wheat & Peacock and Fig, Coral & Yolk. Also available with a clear gloss interior.
