There are always food trucks over by LACMA, so I headed over to see what I could stumble upon. I was so excited to see the PHAMISH truck! Do you know how hard it is to get a good banh mi sandwich in LA? That’s LA proper, not Westminster. I was a little surprised by the $5 price as you can normally get a banh mi for about $3 (at Lee’s Sandwiches, for example). But, I suppose that’s the price of not having to drive out to Alhambra. Anyhoo…my banh mi was delicious! And it was huge – a full 12″ baguette. Can’t wait to see this truck again.
