My mom’s been talking about ESPETUS for a while, so our small group headed there for lunch. I had heard that I needed to prep myself for the all-you-can-eat feast by not eating prior to the meal. No kidding. I didn’t even get through sampling all the goods before I was stuffed. But, the ones I did try were delicious. Delicious. Somehow I managed to make room for the panna cotta at the end of the meal. Unlimited meat + salad + hot food bar + panna cotta = food coma.
